We offer exchanges on all our products with original tags except those that fall in the following categories due to hygiene concerns

Kindly also note, In the normal course it takes between 2 to 5 working days in getting a product will be delivered.
- All purchases in perfectx.in has a 7 days exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:
- All tags are attached.
- The Product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
- It’s in its original packaging
- All return approvals will take 3-5 business days to process. There is no refund amount will be credited to the customer account, only Exchange policy will available.
